Richmond Hill Live Steamers, a non-profit train club, is opening its gates to the public Saturday, July 5 and Sunday, July 6, 10:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Train rides may be available for train lovers of all ages in our beautiful woodland setting.
The public can admire the trains and talk to their owners. The club members, who come from all across the GTA, are dedicated to building and operating scale model steam and diesel locomotives of various types and sizes.
A snack bar will be open, and souvenirs will be available for purchase. Admission is free. Donations are appreciated.
We are located in Whitchurch-Stouffville, at 15922 McCowan Road, about 2 km north of Aurora Road, at the corner of St. John’s Rd. McCowan Road is east of Highway 404 or west of Ballantrae. Park on the street and walk in.
