Local Markham Artists Putting on a Show –
Mayor’s Art Showcase Runs March 12 to 20 at Civic Centre

MARKHAM, ON – Local artists are putting on a show for the community during the Mayor’s Art Showcase. This art show and sale is an opportunity for developers, decorators, realtors, businesses and residents to purchase original works of art.

"It’s the chance to buy from local artists. The quality will amaze you," says Markham Mayor Frank Scarpitti.

The Mayor’s Art Show and Sale runs March 12 to 20 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Markham Civic Centre, Great Hall. All works are from the Markham Group of Artists and the Heintzman House Art Group. The show is supported by the Markham Arts Council.
