Celebrate Markham Museum Community Days – June 13 & 14
MARKHAM, ON – Join the celebration and discover Markham Museum during the first annual Community Days June 13 and 14. The Community Days event is specially designed for Markham residents and families to experience the Markham Museum.

Families and visitors can participate in sports with the Markham Soccer Club and the Markham Centennial Bocce Club. See demonstrations of calligraphy and brush painting by the Chinese Cultural Centre of the GTA, and learn about the Markham Arts Council and Rouge Park.

Activities for children include games and rides on the little train, wagon rides, mini-putt, and visits to exhibits.
WHEN: Saturday, June 13 & Sunday, June 14
TIME: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. – Each day
WHERE: Markham Museum
FREE Admission

Markham Museum offers 25 acres of parkland including an orchard and heritage gardens. Our site features a variety of buildings representing the on-going growth of our community. See mills, re-created businesses and family homes. Enjoy a personal tour and then stroll the village. Bring a picnic or pick up food at one of our many local establishments and find a quiet spot to unwind. Customized tours are available for families with young children except on special event days.
