Join us for the 2009 Markham Giro Cycling event!

The Markham Giro involves multiple laps on a
1.8 kilometre course along Cochrane Drive in the
Highway 7 and 404 area of Markham.

This year’s event includes a free open children's race
for Markham kids:

3-4 years old: 100 meters * starting at 9:15 a.m.
5-8 years old: 1km (1 lap) * starting at 9:30 a.m.
9-13 years old: 2km (2 laps) * starting at 9:45 a.m.
All registrants must bring their own helmet and bicycle in working order. Participants will receive a participant medal and a Markham 'Ride your bike or take a hike' cotton t-shirt.

The Markham Giro will also feature D'Ornella Racing Team riders and the Ontario Youth Cup for youth between the ages 10-16.
